TJ Horrible death wobble

I know all the checks, Trac bar, steering stabilizer, Alignment?

new trac bar and new steering stabilizer, cant get rid of it.

this is my wifes jeep, stock Steering stabilizer went bad and i put a BDS on it, only getting like 6-8 months out of one. Just replaced it again and death wobble wont go away, trac bar looks good, took it to get aligned, looks good.

Tires are just over 1/4 tread.

Did they check TRE's when you had it aligned?

stabilizer doesn't fix anything, just makes it more tolerable and hides it. Track bar, tierod ends, check for slop in the steering box itself, check for frame cracks around the box, unit bearings, Control arm bushings, try switching tires around as well.

Have anything dumb installed like a drop pitman arm?

Biggest things to check that I find are most often at fault are tierod ends, and then sometimes bearings and track bar followed by steering box.

I just had one that was a bent wheel or a bad tire. Couldn't get over 20mph. symptom is gone now that I switched it to the back and now I can just feel the vibration from the bent rim in the back.

Check to see if the axle-side track bar hole is wallered out.
