I'm assuming its set-up for disk brakes.
Unless you are linking the XJ as part of the swap, you need spring perches, and that should really be it. Obviously you'll need to adapt the e-brake cables and brake lines, but that should be really simple and straightforward. Basically: cut the coil spring perches and control arm mounts off the TJ axle, weld on leaf spring perches bolt the axle in and adapt everything else.

cut all the 4 link bracketry off and weld some leaf spring perches on....
or the other way around.... build a 4 link cross member for the XJ and keep the 4 link mounts on the axle... i would do that if it were mine
