Is there a difference between the front springs on a 93 JGC with a 8cyl and a JGC, same year, but with a 6cyl?

Yes, the V8 springs are stiffer. If you put V8 springs in a TJ you will get about 3 inches of lift. I put 6 cyl springs in my TJ and got about 2 inches.
