What is the stock WMS - WMS of a 76 Ford Dana 60 rear.

Probably 66 inches. Although it could be different depending on whether it's from a dually, or not.

For your second question, I don't know. However, my front D60 is 69" wms-s. It's the best mod I've ever done on my 93 YJ. The stability is incredible. I know that in Oregon you guys have to fit between trees, but if I didn't have to, I'd leave it wide. Rolling is overrated!

Mine Ford D60 rear is 66"
