YJ Tranny Q

I've got an AX-15 and np231 from a 94 YJ sitting here.
What I'm wondering is, it should be an external slave cylinder correct? I don't see a slave cylinder mounted on it so I'm guessing it's been removed.

I don't remember which years had the external slave cylinder for sure, but on my 93 YJ, which also has the AX-15 and 231, it has a hydrolic throw out bearing. there is just a little rubber plug with a hydrolic line going through it, where the clutch fork(if equiped with an external slave) would go through the bell housing

I thought the external slave cylinders were only on some of the 95 YJ AX-15's, but I may be wrong...

Edit:

I was...
