Revolver shackles issue - Pirate4x4.Com : 4x4 and Off-Road Forum

I recently installed revolver shackles in the front of my YJ (1994). Instructions indicated that they should fold into the jeep not to the out side but the driver side revolver rests over the steering box, passenger side have no problem… so I installed on the opposite side but apparently they are not working properly….

Anyone who has this set up can advise if the revolvers will work this way? Any pictures of this setup? Any usable advise?

I think most people here will tell you to take them off...

I personally do not run them, so I can't be of any help, sorry.
