Talk to Dave at PolyPerformance. I think he had/has a TJ with Fox's on it.

Do you drive your TJ on the street a lot? One thing about airshocks is they work great in slow, technical offroad stuff like rockcrawling. However, once you start higher speed bouncing like fast bumps and washboards and street driving, the nitrogen gets hot and begins to expand raising the ride high of the vehicle and stiffening the ride. In short, I am by no means an expert but I have read a lot and think if your going do anything other than rockcrawling then you are better off saving for full coilovers. My 2cents, good luck.

If your really interested in air shocks for a TJ, then the 2.5 would be the one to go with. Give us a call, we'd be glad to help you out.

I've had Fox Air shocks in the rear of my TJ for over a year now. They work fine for me. My Jeep is my daily driver that sees off road use 1-2 times a month.

I'm running 16" travel but could drop down to 14" or even 12". I don't use 16 inches of travel.

They are 2.0. The 2.5's weren't available when I got them. I can get some pics for you tomorrow.
