2wd S-10 leaf springs on an xj
I saw this recently somewhere on one of the forums, but cant find it now. Anyone know how much lift this will give??? How far back they move the axle?? If the stock driveshaft will work. thanks

I took a set of 2wd s10 springs off of a '92 s10. I took apart my xj spring packs leaving only my XJ's main leaf in place. I then cut the eyes off of the s10 springs and seperated the s10 leaf packs. I re-assembled the S10 leaf pack under my XJ attaching them to my remaining XJ main leafs. The result was a cheap 4.5 inch rear lift with full spring packs.
