What conversion manifold/header are you using?

I have some headman inframe conversion headers on my scrambler that are rotting out after 2 years of use and am wondering what everyone else is using?

Anyone using any stock application car manifolds/headers that fit inside the jeep framerails?

Anyone make their own headers?

Anyone find an interesting header that will work with a 1996-1999 Vortec V8 in a jeep CJ?

One of my biggest complaints is the 3 bolt triangular flange is contantly leaking and I would opt for the connection that uses the donut compression fitting.

In my experience, the stock truck manifolds dump right on the framerail. I have considered moving the frame so I can use a stock quality truck header, but it thought I would ask around to see what other people are using before i ruin my frame.

Currently, my headers dump at about a 45* angle , leveling out into some 2.5 pipes, then H-pipe, then mufflers, and then exiting the wheelwell area(full size axles).

I think Flowmaster sells ball/socket type header collectors that can be retrofitted to any header. If your headers are junk, buy another set, install the different collectors and send them out to be ceramic coated. That should net you a leak-free set of headers that will last.
