When I had a tonneau cover I had to leave it in the sun for an hour or so before trying to put it on. Good Luck

ok well we tried the dryer trick with no luck, however we pretty much knew it wouldnt work because we had it in the arizona sun here for about 2 hours before trying it..and its 112 right now..frustrated and tired, but still wanting it on, we got it to about halfway..now were stuck..any other opinions?

Check the part numbers and make sure that it is actually the correct one for your jeep?

Or just call Besttop and see what they say about the possibility of a bad fitting run of dusters?
