Help with return spiring for a 97 TJ
My steering wheel is clicking all the time, Im assuming that it has to do with the return spring inside the steering wheel. Any one have this problem and fix it? Best way to take care of it. Thanks

you can go and remove the panels from the steering wheel (underside and topside). this will expose the turn signal switch and wiper switch modules. Remove the turn signal switch with a T-25 torx i think?
then you will see your problem hope this helps! ~DJ |

Do the wipers turn off automatically when you turn? If not, dead/broken clock spring. Does the horn work? If not... clockspring.
I have a clockspring for a '97 TJ for sale. Paul

If your talking about the blinkers???? No they dont turn off when I turn!!! It sucks. But the horn does work. How much for the spring shipped 92054?
D Jeeper are you saying it may be the turn signal or, if I take it apart I will be able to determine the problem?? thanks Eric |
