85 CJ-7 Lift questions
I am planning on putting a 4" suspension and some homemade shackles(around 1 1/4" lift). Am I going to need to get the driveshaft extended or is there any way around that. I'm a little short on cash.

You'll probably need new driveshafts because they won't be long enough and the rear axle will need to be shimmed to point the pinion up. Forget about the shackle lift. Longer shackles in the front screw up your caster angle.
