There have been a few threads about the sliders, and a few fabrication methods. If you search I'm sure they'll pop up. I don't have them off hand.
I think some benefits are: -Less play, suspension feels a bit tighter, not cantilever pressure like on a shackle setup, so more side to side stability. -Flatter setup, little to no pinion change on flex. Please correct me if I'm wrong. This thread asks exactly what you are: HERE

well i feel dumb for not searching to hard .. ok so after reading that it really didnt get me very far with wat i am going to do with my set up lol.. sound like back and forth arguing just like doing a shackle reversal vs reagular lol... but maybe just for kicks i might try it out being that i have all the equiopment in my shop to build that dang things.. my only question is how do you know were to mount it so you get limited on the up or don travel?? should i just set the jeep down in its full weight with the springs resting on the frame and use that and my starting point??
