I had a similar issue with my Mastercrafts in my YJ. Because of the front bolster, my thighs almost rubbing against the bottom of the wheel. Actually I couldn't slide my leg under the wheel and had to 'drop' in. I ended up removing the sliders for the seats and bolting them directly to the seat mount. This gained me an inch or so. I'd like to mount the seat lower still. I'll do that when I get the cage built up more.
