Anybody know where I can find something like this?
it's an inline air filter between a snorkel and the intake. All I know about the one pictured is that it is aftermarket and searches so far have gotten me nowhere.
That particular filter is the same I use on my Jeep for my hummer snorkel. It is a BMC carbon Fiber. It runs about $350 and is popular with the BMW crowd.
I know this is a pretty old post but a buddy mine came up with a pretty sweet inline filter design out of some 4" Abs pipe, (2) 4"x2" reducers a 4" rubber coupler, (2) 4" hose clamps and an old foam cone filter. I will take some pics and post it up if anyone is still interested. Really simple and very cheap. We are from Alaska and a snorkel is a must have.
