Looking at purchasing a really clean local TJ but it doesn't have factory A/C...how hard would it be to add it?

you can buy a whole kit off the internet. But look to spend about 1000 bucks. I dont think the install is hard at all just time consuming taking the dash apart.

i don't expect it to be very easy and doubt very much it will ever work near as good as factory installed AC.

if AC is a big factor in buying your jeep, i'd keep looking for one with.

Look for what you want. Installing a A/C is a true PITA!

Thanks for the comments guys, living in Arizona I am surprised that it doesn't have it...but it is northern Arizona...only 90 today.
