where do i get the frame reinforcement to weld in. Second is where can a find some stock fender flares for a 1999 xj.

T&T Customs makes frame stiffners, Temper Mental Racing makes stiffners for the front wheel wells.

Stock flares... wrecking yard?

Check out jeepsareus.com - they are like a dealership with all kinds of stock parts.... Kinda pricey too though. Ebay would be next guess.
