Need fluid capacities and types

I have a 1978 jeep cj 5 with the amc 304 and the t-150 3 speed standard tranny. I am looking for the fluid capacities and types for the t-150 tranny, dana 20 t-case, amc 20 rear open end and the passenger drop dana 30 up front.

Thanks in advance for your help.
