Jeep Liberty Build
I just got my sister's old Liberty recently and I'm looking to lift it. I want to do something cheap and really tall so I was thinking about stacking two 3 inch body lift blocks on top of each other to get 6 inches of lift. Where could I get body bolts that big and how big of tires could I fit on that?

hahahahaha. thats retarded.
the IFS limits out at 3". jeepin by al makes a 6" lift but its overrated. solid axle swap is about your only option www.lostkjs.com has all the info you need... and they are going to tell you to get an ome 3" kit. |

Your KJ has IFS, you need to do a SAS swap. If you want it to be way cool, youll run CO's. If you want to be a total badass, you'll run a 60 front and a 14b rear with some 44, you could even be one of the first to throw some rockwells under it, then you could run some 47 LTB's. Your gonna definitely have to 4 link it though.
Oh, welcome to Pirate

To bad this isn't a joke (i really hope it is). Dude, please move this and save Indy the trouble. You've got a long way to go before your ready for the hardcore section. Use the search button. Sure if you've got money. Pick up a set of Dynatrac's or rockjocks. Then some tubing, brackets, rod ends and CO's. Cut, weld, bolt and your done.i also forgot, you could throw some unimogs under it and have a totally original libby

I had a lib once... I bolted mine on top of a f-450 frame with 18 inches of lift, I was able to run 78 1/2 tractor tires on that set up, oh and I had 24" blocks between the frame and body.

One day too late..
I put a 8" Body Lift in a XJ once, some people think that the unit body vehicles won't hold up, so wrong, I stacked a 1", 3", and a 5", but I cut 1" out of the 5" pucks (want to keep it low and stable) post pics when your done, should be wicked sweet.
