If you're new to this world, save yourself the headaches and do a spring over with stock leaves. that should leave you enough room for your tires and setup is pretty straight forward. Unless you're really confident in your fab skills, a 3 or 4 link setup can get pretty tricky and/or frustrating. Not to mention expensive.
Wheel for a while with the leaves and decide from there if you would rather have links. There's a lot more involved in the builds on this site lead a beginner to believe. Don't get in over your head and you will have much more fun.
