no fuel/no spark
i have checked everything i can find, all fuses and relays are good, ignition switch is good fuel pump works well, i have no power running to my fuel pump and no spark. i've been going through everything for 2 days now and cant find my problem.

this would be my guess.. I had a similar problem with a Dodge truck,no codes no CEL...

just checked voltage to ecm, correct me if i'm wrong, positive is pink with yellow stripe and ground is black. with those i got 12 volts. could any sensors make my fuel and spark turn off

yes cam position sensor and crank position sensor would make the ecm turn off fuel and spark BUT you would still have the check engine light, looks to me like you need an ecm.

Yup ECM would be the most likely cause that i can think of for the problems your haveing and not getting a CEL. All your voltage checks can be fine but if one of the boards in the ECM went bad ya got a problem there, not really a good way to check it with out swaping it or taking it in to get checked.

what year and model is your rig??
used to have an '01 XJ... long story short.... XJ died... check engine light followed... no fuel pressure... replaced fuel pump... still no fuel pressure... check engine light revealed bad crank sensor... so what im tryin to say here is... MYYY crank sensor.... turned off everthing...

fixed it. but after i replaced my ignition switch and my crank sensor the ecu was bad. i put a friends in that has the same year make model engine and trans and it came right to life. who know where the cheapest place is to get a new used or refirbished ecu
