Grant Steering Wheel in a TJ?

My steering wheel is all mushy and twisty now so I would like to put in a some form of racing steering wheel. I didn't see much on the topic while searching, so I thought I would post up some questions.

I was considering a Grant 4 spoke wheel or a Le Mans wheel, but both say that they will not work on a column with an airbag. I don't have any issues with removing the airbag, but I really don't know what is involved with a swap like this.

Is a steering wheel swap considered "difficult"? Or is it fairly straight forward?

Do I need an install kit? Will a steering wheel like the picture below pretty much bolt up?

Anyone do this in a TJ? Please post up your experience.

Should be all you need to do the swap.
