Quick simple question. I ordered a bumper for the front of my 82 cj8 and does not fit. Yes, I can modify it to work but before I do so, I want to make sure that my cj is not an odd ball and the fabricator is off. The measurement I have off my frame rail bolt hole centers are as follows, 27 1/2" wide length wise and 2" in depth. Is this what is standard or is once again my cj8 screwed up. Thanks!

If anyone has any measurements for the mounting holes for a front bumper of a mid 80's cj I would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Mine seem to be 28 and 3/4" from inside to inside. (83 cj8)
