need some suspension help

i have the rc 4 lift on my tj running 33s now. I looking to go to 37s on the same lift what length bump stops and shocks am i going to need? Im new to the lcog builds.

If you are just changing tire size, keep what you got. It will be fine.

UNLESS you are currently rubbing with 35's get a 5-6" bump stop for both front and rear.

From a 35 to a 37 you are really only looking at 1 inch more tire at the top near the fender.

99% sure you aren't going to a whole lot rubbing.

AND shocks are set up for the amount of "lift" (travel) you have, not the tire size.

I am a dum-dum I thought you had written 35's.

This advice is money...



Find yourself some one who has a set of 37's, borrow them for a quick mock up, take notes, make adjustments, remock up, rinse and repeat until things work. I did this when I went to 35's and didn't want to step up in lift and I've already sourced out 38's for mockup on my upcoming build. You cant get more accurate than mocking things up and then taking your measurements.
