Can't be done. The 9" is a rear axle silly. You would have to flip it over to get it to turn the right way, duh.
I can think of at least 4 different companies that make 9" front axles. Fairly basic, 9" housing, 44 or 60 c's, set width, set c's, burn in, add shafts, go break.

Please dont give anymore advice:shaking: You can take a rear 9 and put it up front. If you flip it it would turn backward.
To OP, it has been done numerous times with a few drawbacks. The 9" has about the lowest pinion location of all axles, causing a steeper shaft angle and less ground clearance. Also the gears are going to be operating in a weaker direction. This is why hp fronts are are so much more desirable.
it can be done, i have done it my friend, and you dont flip the axle over you just put it in the front, and put the steering of your choice in place. There's alot to it but it just takes some carefull planning, and some thought
