Might seem dumb but check for any kinks in fuel lines, spent days replacing crap on one of my rigs cause it wouldn't run worth a fuck and It ended up being a kink in the fuel line.
Have you checked all the fuses in the distribution block under the hood? I had a '96 XJ that kept blowing a 10 amp fuse that would cause it to die when I was driving and then it wouldn't start up. I don't remember what the fuse was for (as this was almost 10 years ago now).
The Jeep ASD (Auto Shut Down) relay is the same part as any of the other relays in the PDC (Power Distribution Center. . . Fuse Block) , and are readily available. Swap it with the starter relay, if the engine cranks, the relay is good.
The PCM will not turn on the ASD relay if there is no RPM and/or cam signal.
