So i have a 86 Cj7..95 4.3 vortec swap..the guy i bought it from had a painless kit in it but it was very hacked up. basically i removed all the existing wiring, minus the chassis harness (rear tails, headlights ect...)

im thinking of a painless kit, but i have put in push button type breakers and didn't want to run there fuse panel...

i could probably make my own harness, which would be cheaper but more work if i wanted it clean looking...

or is there anyone out there that could build me a harness? Ive seen a few threads but haven't had any luck contacting anyone.

any info would be appreciated.

Jim's Performance. I have his harness in my YJ w/ a 4.3 and it works. Very basic and easy to install.

i sent him an email. this wiring saga has been ongoing for over a year. i cant wait to hear it run again.
