I have a chance to get a 4.0 out of a zj with anything else I want for next to nothing.I was thinking that the 4.0 would be a great engine for my 2a but didnt know if it would be to long.I plan on building a new frame for the willys anyway so even if I have to extend the fenders and hood I will probably use it.Just wanted to see what you all thought about a 4.0 in a willys.

Do it. I would love to see it. I have a M715 that I keep thinking about putting a 4.0 in. Of course I wouldn't have to do anything sheet metal mods to do it.

if it would have fit with out strectching the hood and fenders i would have one in mine.
