no budget 1954 willys wagon build .
i have $0 to put into this build but it is mud season here in socal and i really want to get it going .
cost so far . willys wagon - $0 (it was donated to me) spray paint and body work - $150 axles 14 bolt rear , 44 front w/5:13 gears - $0 (worked for them) 1st set of tires - $0 (lent someone money they gave me the tires) 2nd set of tires 40" boggers - $0 (traded some parts for) more to come. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

the dana 44 front had a broken housing . i scored a free housing , and got everything swapped over and installed . a couple more things to do to the front .
the 10 bolt front that was in it . ![]() a couple pics of the front end installed. ![]()

spent a day on it and i did a quick shackle reverse , fabbed up the steering link , got the brakes working , installed a drive shaft , and finally got to drive it around the yard .
