whats every one doing for tall skinny tires?
ok working on my grandpas 2a it is mostly stock and getting a 1": lift and we need some tires to go on the stock 16" wheels. Really wanted the 32x9.5 swampers but there not available and they told me the molds are still not moved to the new location and don't know when they will be. I have been looking all over and found some super traxions but not in the tread design that I want. these are what i want
http://store.cokertire.com/sta-super...on-750-16.html but every were in town I find them and they say that they are the above pattern end up being these. https://www.universaltire.com/truck-...r-traxion.html I have found some km2's in a 235/85/16 but cant find any pics of the mounted on stock width rim. So what have others found or done? |

Are they on stock 4.5" wheels? how do they look? do you have any pics?
I found four of these after looking around all night. http://store.cokertire.com/sta-super...on-750-16.html it seems they have been discontinued. So now I need to find some more to finish the set for the 2a and for a cj5 were doing too. |

32x9.5's on 4.5" steelies. I actually like the look better than on my 6" aluminum.
Steelies ![]() Aluminum 5 slot's ![]() If someone were to buy these for the right price, I'd buy 34x9.5's in a heart beat. I guess reading pwns me, I didn't answer your question but there's some pictures for you. I would search for used tires or check out Speciality Tire of America... They have NDT's and NDCC's, but rumor has it they're the current owners of Interco. When I bought the 32's Interco was defunct but my local off road shop had them...said no one wanted em so I got them for list price. Call around

Checked out specialty tires of america and they didn't show this tread in a 750-16( i think they quit production of that size in that tread) but coker did and while searching for the coker part number I found summit and jegs had them on there site. I called jegs they said they had none in stock but would call coker. They called coker they had none well coker called some one and found as many as I wanted. So i don't know who had them but I got ten coming and got them for 109 a tire with shipping and handling. Witch is 124 dollars less a tire than what coker wanted. |
