I had this old heap sitting outside my shop for a year or so, a friend of mine decided he wanted it so here we go. I say old heap, a battery and some gas and it fired right up, drove it on the trailer. Here is what we started with...

Looks good, that was a very complete CJ2-a and not rusted out. That's a rare find!!!

What are you doing with the original drivetrain parts? I could use a good shape L-head if you are getting rid of it.

what are you doing for axles and what not? I have a parts toyota and lots of other things we could do some trading on.

I contemplated the Toy drivetrain into a Flatty as kind of retirement rig, but just can't get myself to shame the Willys that bad
......( it is a cool build though )

nice work.
looks like it should be a well balanced ride. too bad about the jap motor though, you couldnt find a 4.3/t5 or getrag/241 ??
