Machine work

If you need something machined, milled, turned, welded etc....

We can do one-offs and production parts, let us know what you are looking for.

We do:
4340 axle shafts and short little stub shafts for unique adapters
CNC milling
turning
MIG and TIG welding

All sorts of things you'd expect to see come from a machine shop!

I will need a drawing of the part you need made to get a starting point and a quote made up. Hand drawings can be used.

Not an immediate need, but is an adapter shaft within your range of capabilities? Basically blind female splines on one end and a male splined shaft on the other?

We can do the d300 front output machining. To make things less costly, Id like to build a jig setup, and then run a few at a time, even just 3 per run. Ill look into it closely, and get you a price thru PM.

Quote for resplining two long side ford 60 shafts after taking off about 4". Both 35 spline, one alloy and one stock. They will be marked for you to cut, and then spline. I dont have anything that can cut that clean.

Thanks to our new customers!

As for the D300 output, just not enough interest at this time.

I need a couple shims made. I can send 1 as a template. both need to be machined at a different angle.

These are specifically for the 5-bolt 1979 Ford F250 Dana 44 knuckle and are currently unavailable.

Custom bore size Full Float rings. These are for a Dana 44 6 bolt spindle. These are for a ford 9" rear axle, we can then cut double spline 31spline to Dana 44 30 spline axle shafts. We'll be releasing bolt on full float adapter flanges shortly to convert any big bearing or small bearing ford 9" rear axle to full float as well! This even allows an easy way to convert to a Chevy or Toyota 6on 5.5 bolt pattern!
We've been making this style ring for well over 12 years! Frontrangeoffroadfab.com Diamondaxle.com

Can, yes
cheap, no

Blind female is a particularly long setup. Shoot us a drawing, with all specs, and we can get a quote. Need specs on splines, pressure angle etc.

We can, we're going to need to make a decent size batch to justify them. Likely 2 months out on 35,40,47 spline options
