I suspect that some of you folks may be interested in The Hammers. Recently heard that 500 plus acres of Fry Mountain area are for sale. The indication was that they were looking for someone to purchase the land for a telephone repeater site. Think this may be a true rumor. It is I found a web site which I am including:

The date for that ad seems to say Feb of 2004 and the property is no longer available...I could be entirely incorrect though.

Marie, it was refreshing to read your post on D37. Thanks for the history lesson. Good or bad, past actions show a lot about our future...what you posted will hopefully get some people thinking about what kind of future they really want instead of thinking that the past was just fine, let's continue to head in that direction.

I am sure you are correct. I didn't dig deep enough. Was just worried when I saw Fry Mountain. Thanks so very much for your kind thoughts. You are so very right. I hope they will long and hard.
