Paint code???
First, a brief intro. I am a rabid Cruiserhead who is also a closet Roverphile, so this forum is going to be a learning experience for me. I've been four-wheeling in the US for 8 years and on expeditions in South America for twice that long before moving to the US; to this day, I enjoy rock-crawling, but expedition-style wheeling is my first love.
I am in need of the Land Rover paint code for the limited-edition TREK Discovery's, can anyone help me with this? By the way, I am the Story Editor of a small specialized 4x4 magazine and I have to say that "LAND ROVER OWNER INTERNATIONAL" is, IMHO, the best 4x4 magazine in the market. I've been subscribing to it since I came to the US and never cease to me amazed at its quality. US commercial 4x4 magazines have a LOT of catching up to do. |

The 99 TReK disco is painted Molten Orange. It is a standard LR color and the NAS 2002 Freelander is available in it. Any paint shop should be able to look up the code.

eh, last i heard, it was a VIN specific paint code, and that only the dealers had the code. meaning you basically need to drive the vehicle to the dealer and prove to them its an original Trek truck, then then will call up LRNA and get the code for you. there are a few guys that have gotten the code, and have it available. ill see if i can find it.
