ome hd springs and 1.5'' spacers. how much do i have to lower the bump stops? 4.5'' or lower?

Think about it. Did you change your shocks? If not, then why would you need to reposition your bump stops?

The bump stops are there to prevent the shock from bottoming out...e.g. bearing a compressive load it was never designed for. You alter your bump stops only if you change your shocks and/or change the position where they are mounted. If you've done neither, don't mess with your bump stops. Better yet, just pass on through the PBB and head over to www.discoweb.org. They love questions like this.

yup i did change the shocks! installed the shocks that came with the ome kit.
p.s. it never felt so good peeling the cheep ass dweb stickers off my trucks! i wish i had a picture! i definatly wont be buying or making a donation to those pot heads again. and....
