Rangie fuel gauge

Anyone know what the ohms range is for an 85 carb Rangie?

Resistance for fuel gauge is 240 ohms empty and 20 ohms full and VDO # 220 005 sender is the correct range.

I dont know, but i would think that disco's would be the same or similar.Who else would use a weird arse range but LR.
