Reddog2, Douche-bag = Danny McMellon, author of the article on page 1 of this thread.

FYI - Alter Ego's on this board are no-no's. But it's amazing what you can find out about people when you google their names.

Fixed. An "article" would imply the credibility of the paper.

Oh wow...
http://www.theunion.com/article/2011...profile=search

Definitely sounds like the McMellons want their own private creek access/OHV park. I'm sure they have and will stay ONLY on their own property when down at the creek, not the BLM, NID or other neighbor's land. Riiiiiiiight...?

I love how he is standing on the creekbed with his ATV....not his property.

Oh, and homeless camps are definitely our fault too

In the meantime, the McMellons will pursue a claim against NID in the hope of getting cement barricades set up at the lower end of Steep Hollow Creek.
That wasn't their claim at all....

Reddog, Douche-bag, whoever,

This is the least of your worries. Harbors and Navigation Code Section 131. Every person who unlawfully obstructs the navigation of any navigable waters, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Bebe,

Here's some more.

I've been reading some more laws here and I found something VERY interesting.

According to current law, if the Army Corps of Engineers can issue a Section 404 permit violation for digging in the river channel, then the waterway is indeeed navigable as a 404 violation only covers "navigable" waterways.

Reddog,

Last chance to step up. We, here, never wanted this. We have tried over the past several years to inform you of the consequences of your actions. You thought we were blowing smoke. Guess what, we ain't.

We, here, never wanted this. BUT, a line has to be drawn and unfortunately it seems that it will be here. While the civil side of all of this is the most brutal, I KNOW that those who are here will look past this in order to preserve your property and still get a precedent on issues like these.

Property rights carry alot of weight on this forum and whether you believe it or not, we on this forum will do everything we can to preserve those rights.

For instance, if you DO decide to work with us, I can gauranDAMNtee you that there WILL be people from this forum who WILL help you put up a fence to protect your property. We WILL either drive out or convert those who are now causing the problems.

As I said before, PM me and I will send you my PERSONAL cell number and we can talk about options. I would prefer you talk to Bebe as she is closer, but I will stand as I really have no dog in this hunt do to a 16+ hour drive to get there. There are options availible in this, BUT this is your choice.

If this does go to court under what I have found, you and all those who started this, stand every chance of losing your property. You ride a quad, so in essence, you are one of us. PLEASE contact either me or Bebe by PM and we will talk.

Its not that they don't want to play, they ran out of lies to play with . Cool stuff on the Donner Party, I'm supposedly a direct descendant... so kind of interesting.

No wonder you landed in "Rescue", mere coincidence . . . I don't think so!

I know that this thread is dead and all, but I thought I would come forward and mention that the Chicago Park Powerhouse road green gate leads to my mining claim. I have the key to the green gate.

I don't know who this person is who is claiming that it is "their land", it is not. It is a 20 acre mining claim registered to me since 2010. Its real simple to find: go to the green gate--look beyond the green gate, the entire left half of the area which I use for shooting and target practice is my claim. I don't even care if people mine on it as long as they don't litter or squat on the land.

So, have fun

Thanks

I occasionally take the route down Lowell Hill from Hwy 20 into Dutch Flat and find my self in the area.

How's it looking down there? Are there still problems with trash? We can go do a clean up - with your permission of course

the squatters with the van were removed by the BLM in late 2011. I haven't been onto the claim since last year, but from what I saw, there was no new trash on the flat part of the claim.

Also, when my truck is finished I will be going out to the claim regularly during the summer to have fun, all are welcome when I am in there on saturdays. If you see an exo'd black 89 4runner behind the gated, thats my truck.
