Just a few days ago, pro-trail House Resources Committee chairman, Doc Hastings, wrote an op-ed in the Washington Times outlining a number of key public land access-related reforms.

Chairman Hastings and other pro-access House members have championed a number of OHV related legislation (FS travel management reform, roadless reform, taxpayer funded eco-lawsuit reform, EPA "dust" reform, etc.) over the last year but those bills are stalled in the Senate.
