NM - Access v. Radical Environmental Group
Access v. Radical Eco-Group
Dear Trail Voter, TPAC wanted to give trail voters an update on the New Mexico senate race. That fight is one of our key senate races. On July 12, the Washington Examiner published an article by Ron Arnold which noted... "that five Big Green groups have formed a coalition to defeat New Mexico's Heather Wilson, who is running for the seat left vacant by Democratic Sen. Jeff Bingaman's retirement. Her Democratic opponent is Rep. Martin Heinrich, D-N.M., a board member of the New Mexico Wilderness Alliance. " TPAC was quoted saying the group has a long history of opposing responsible OHV recreation on public lands." Today, Kelly O'Connell in the Canada Free Press stated, "The Alliance has sought for years to create wilderness designations that would not just limit mankind's ability to travel into such areas, but also certainly bankrupt many old ranch families with landholdings in these areas, too." TPAC simply wants to remind voters today that in all of our key senate races you have pro-access and pro-regulatory reform candidates pitted against advocates for more Wilderness designations, land-use restrictions, and excessive regulations. All of which impact responsible motorized access to public lands. Your continued support is critical as we get closer to November 6. TPAC has a lot of work to do between now and the election. Support Our Fight with a Donation Today . . . http://www.thetrailpac.com/donate.html Let's work together to bring a real change of direction to Washington, D.C. Thanks for your continued support!
