Letterfrom Blue Ribbon Coallition about public comment to East Bay Regional Parks District. There is a public hearing in Oakland on September 11th at 7pm to talk about the expansion of Carneigie Park.

We need to make an appearance and comment at these Public meetings.

Runzoff, 10-4 on attending meetings and sending in letters. This is part of the ongoing "Save Carnegie" effort. Watch for BRC news release with formal BRC comment letter on Monday.

Hope to see a lot of OHVers at the meetings.

I attended this evenings East Bay Parks meeting in Oakland. Standing room only! Peoples concerns were written up and then presented. Three main topics from the public, mountain bikes (mostly for them), dogs on trails (mostly for them), OHV-Carnegie expansion ( more for OHV than for the creation of Tesla Park).

Be sure to send in your comments and attend at least one of the 6 meetings.
