The United Council of Churches stated last month that there is a "theological and environmental crisis that has to be addressed" --A dozen world-class speakers will tackle these challenging and crucial issues at a national, three-day, interfaith/environmental conference taking place at Bard College, in New York's beautiful Hudson Valley, June 9-12. All are invited--but most of all, faith-based and spiritual individuals and organizations, educators, students, community and civic leaders, policy makers and environmentalists who are concerned about what we are leaving for our children and grandchildren. ~EARTH & RELIGION: Crisis, Opportunity, Convergence~ is co-presented with the Insitute of Advanced Theology.
