Just wanted to bump this.
Hatteras is a very special place special to many of us Right coasters. The agenda of the enviro wackos is plain and simple anti ORV. The whole wildlife protection angle is a fairy tale made to appeal to those who know nothing about Cape Hatteras National Seashore Recreation Area. The more details I get, the more pissed off I get.
