I read throughthe whole thing and it looked to be a good thing. They are proposing to open areas up to OHV and that might bring more Hammer tails.

Hmmm, Im not sure what to make of it... It sounds like it might be a good thing, but you never know... Looks can be decieving... More info is needed....
