Post bad apples

I was thinking about the letter Lance posted.
The one regarding the Guest signing.
The polititions want to close everything down becase they can't manage the trails. The best way to combat this problem would should be education. The public views offroad vehical travel as trail blazing. This is further from the truth. We have all spun doughnuts at the local construction site . The problem lies in the less informed. The SUV MARKET has the biggest stake in this. what if offroad clinic was offered when you purchase that new SUV.
What it all boils down to is this. The vertrains have trucks that have been built to take on the most difficult obsicals. This also has a positive impact on the trails. If you are running in a lockup f/r larger than stock tires. You're less likly to spin tires and dig holes. what the greenies and tree huggers see is the FNG* with the new SUV trying to do what they read in the latest issue of 4wheeler or off-road.

Thats enough rant for now.

Though I would have to agree, environmentalists are not smart and rational enough to learn about things like lockers, and what the different effects are of having a built as opposed to stock vehicle. They unlike the rest of us humans do not posses the power to reason, therefore they will not attempt to reach a compromise with us. They will simply try to close down every place to every vehicle, period.

If we followed their plans, we would all just stay home and watch tv, and cook dinner. In which case the world would still get fawked up, because off-roading is not our problem, if they would for once look at the big picture, the whole human way of life has become destructive to the planet. There is no way to totally stop this, short of everyone living in tents.......then they would just complain about the tent stakes poking into the ground....

greenies!!!!!!

Greenies have the oppinoin that if they don't like it then you need to stop!! Because they are always right I have a neighbor that has been a pian because they don't like us 4wheeling on my property so they have tried a petition and then the county to get me to stop but I keep wheeling!! What chapps my arss is that I could doze it all flat, cross fence it, and have animals eat the whole place to the dirt and they wouldn't have a problem with that it is the fact that I drive on it that they don't like.
