I'm eyeing the 40 or 50" light, but what's with the hellacious price jump for the 50"? No worries though, I think the 40" will still look killer across the TJ windshield.

There has been a little bit of confusion so I apologize about that.

The 50" bar in this series of light will be more in line with the other price tags. That light has not hit the market just yet. So we don't have solid numbers to advertise a price tag. As soon as we get word on the 50" bar it will be on the site with the correct in line price format.

The price tag listed currently is not the same 50" bar like the rest in this thread. The price tag is a bit more for that one.

Clear as mud?

Ok, makes sense to me. I'd rather you speculate high and sell low than vise versa. I'll be on the look out for the 50" bar, would make a good christmas present to myself.

Glad to hear all the good reports. I could market the crap out of these light bars or let the market tell everyone about them. So it is great to get out the truth!

How do you think the 40" or 50" bar would compare to two KC 130w driving lights? Which will throw further i guess is the question.

I want a 50" bar, but would hate to spend $$$ on light coverage I already have. However, i could always switch my kc's to long range lenses if needed.

The 30" bar would throw farther than the KC130w driving lights. I just took a set of those off my TJ and have good experience with both. The 40" puts out more light than the 30 so it would win hands down. If it were me... I'd put the 40 bar up high and stick the KCs in the ditch off the bumper. I'd dare anybody to look at you coming the other direction!

Have these lights been tested by TWF yet? I just want to know if the lenses that come on them are sturdy. Some have cracked lenses due to small rocks from driving on the freeway. I'd hate to have that happen to me or anyone else From the sounds of it, everyone is happy though

Any word on how many lumens these put out? Also, I may have missed it, but are these spot type beams or hybrid spot/flood?
