Do you have replacement o-rings for 12 bolt H1 wheels?

I am looking for some decent tires for my tow rig. 16.5"wheels. I can clear a 35" tire. didn't know what you have that will be close. the more aggressive the tread pattern the better. tow rig doubles as a rescue rig. let me know what you have.
