Hey, I'm new to pirate. I have a 78 supercab that I shortened 40 inches. I came across your truck on the thread you started of every bodies wheelers. I was just wondering what springs your running front and rear.

Hey man, I see that you are running the DB Hi steer knuckles on your rig and I wanted to see if I could pick your brain a bit on the Dodge Front Dana 60 utilizing Hi-steer. I have a Non CAD (2002 model) Dana 60 from driverside drop I am in the process of cutting the axles down to achieve the 63.5 track width I am looking for in the Wrangler TJ Unlimted. I figure if I am gonna swap knuckles... now is the time but I was under the impression that the configuration of the Hi-steer knuckles lent itself to the kingpin applications and that the ball joint axles were problematic to Hi-steer because of the bearings being pressed into the inner C instead of the knuckle. Please give me a holler at meverhart@vecoplanllc.com so that I can set up a chat with to you get me educated as time permits for you. Cheers.
