Do you have a special spring bucket for coils on a chevy 60. I'm swapping into a 83 cj-7?
The drivers side is easy, but pass side has all the casting in the way. or pics of the modification of normal bucket in use would also be helpful

We highly recommend that you bolt the ring in place on the differential before any welding begins. We also recommend that you fully weld the shell before welding it to the ring as there is substantial warping involved in this process that will not let the ring sit flat without proper machining afterward if not done correctly. And last but not least place the shell on the ring and weld in 1 to 2 inch sections allowing proper time to cool between weld beads to minimize any warping. Doing it in this fashion will prevent any warping that may happen and assures you that the cover fits the differential throughout the entire process. We have seen cases where bolt holes are off up to a quarter inch from the original ring design because of substantial warping issues. Our laser is accurate to .005" in most applications therefore we can rule out machine error on the bolt pattern. If your welds become too large and you do not use our supplied hardware it may be necessary to do some clean up work.

I just received my order from you guys tj coil buckets and a dana 44 diff cover. the buckets are badass! however I welded together the diff and then tried to install and the bolts don't fit and the diff cover after welding doesn't leave enough room for the bolts to sit flush on the mounting surface? no bash intended I plan on ordering another I've just been pissing away money on stuff that hasn't been mounting up right. also forgot my sticker
