Hi Crash,
I'm building a one ton 92' toyota 4.3. I read you thread about the four runner(markus). I was wanting to get some suggestions from you if you wouldn't mind.
What year ford brake system( booster and cylinder) do you use on the Toyotas? Are the stock toyota lines big enough? I have a Vanco booster but I really don't want to mess with all that. I liked your setup better. I want to avoid the pulleys and lines with the vanco hydro boost.
I'm also contemplating the Howell efi vs. propane. It's a roller motor w comp cams parts. I guess that's a preference thing though. I may just slap on a edelbrock or holly carb for now to just get going. My budget is a little low.
If you have any other articles you'd suggest that would be nice.
I'm pretty much down to the fuel system, electrical and steering and ill be finished with my rig. It's been a ten year deal saving and building.
Anyways thanks for the thread you wrote. That was cool to read.

hey man i built up a 4.3 that im swapping in mt 95 toy. i'm going carburated but my question to you is with my old 3.0 harness should i go back to the ecm and individually pull each wire and leave the few that i will need, or should i just cut them and tape them off out of the way? cheers

Hello, sorry to bother you, just wondering how you wired the ignition and gauges to the factory Toyota on the 4.3 swaps specifically the 96 runner with massive body lift, also, how have you been working power windows and headlights. Are they separate harnesses? Thanks for any help.
