Hi Darinz,

Very interested in the mods you did to your 8274 winch. Hope you do not mind a few questions...

How much wider is your winch drum to spool the 270 feet of 3/8" rope? Are your motors run end to end or side by side. Haddened shafts and regeared? How are you free spooling. If you have some pictures you could send, that would be great.
